LiN 01 RULE 7. COMMAND PHASE. 7.1 Command Points and Movement Allowances, Subsection CPs and Movement Allowances. Change to read: Each unit will be able to use some percentage of its basic movement allowance. This percentage depends on CPs. (exception: Minimum Movement Allowance). All fractional movement allowances are rounded down to the nearest whole MP.

LiN 02 The Union artillery unit should have a beginning strength of '19' in all scenarios.

Clarification: For combat purposes, remember that modifications are cumulative. Apply modifiers to the total strength of all units to which they are applicable and then round fractions to the nearest whole number, rounding 1/2 up.
